Environmental Identity & Programmatic Art
Art and identity elements are integrated as functional components, morale, and user experience, not as decoration or retail offerings. We offer a variety of fine art services, including commissioned paintings, illustrations, and sculptures. Our artists work with a range of mediums, from oils to sculpture. We review submittals, substitutions, and VE actions to ensure execution aligns with approved design intent and mission requirements.

Visual tools support communication, alignment, and decision-making. These are not construction documents and are used strictly as planning and coordination aids.
Schedule & Milestone Oversight
We coordinate sequencing, phasing, and milestone tracking to support realistic schedules and minimize operational disruption.
Budget & Cost Governance
We monitor cost drivers, evaluate change requests, and support value-based decision-making aligned with lifecycle performance, not short-term savings.
Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination
We serve as the central coordination point between owners, A/E teams, General Contractors, and specialty trades to maintain accountability and clear communication.
