David Chin — CEO | Change Agent | Asset Steward

David is the founder and CEO of Concrete and Canvas. His leadership reflects years of operational responsibility developed through military service and recovery. He guides the company with structured decision-making, disciplined execution, and a commitment to stewardship that ensures projects are managed with accountability and long-term vision.

Service and Operational Experience

As a U.S. Army veteran and former Law Enforcement Officer, David Chin led logistics, transportation, and asset operations across domestic and international environments. His responsibilities required coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources under pressure while maintaining accountability and operational continuity in complex and demanding conditions spanning multiple countries and mission environments.

Personal Transformation and Purpose

David’s journey included navigating PTSD and manic episodes, extended inpatient treatment, and the loss of fellow service members. Recovery required rebuilding structure, discipline, and purpose. These experiences reshaped his leadership philosophy and ultimately became the foundation upon which Concrete and Canvas was established.
